Individual Support
Begin or deepen your mindfulness practice with some bespoke, one to one support
All my mindfulness services are offered in person to offer a deeper and more present experience for you. Individual support and small group courses take place in my therapy room which is a lovely, comfortable space in a converted stable yard tucked away in the heart of Nether Edge. For workplace and student support I will come to your workplace or venue to suit, or if preferred can be undertaken online.
Small Group Courses
I offer a rolling programme of small group mindfulness courses (scroll down for details of what’s currently available), with a maximum of 5 participants. This offers all the benefits of a group environment (e.g. peer support and motivation, bonding and connection, lower cost) but keeping the group small also enables me to offer lots of time and attention to you as an individual with unique needs. In addition to the face to face teaching, all courses include a wide range of useful resources (including mediation recordings) for you to take away for home practice in between sessions, and for your lifelong practice once the course is complete.
Foundations for Building your Lifelong Mindfulness Practice
8 week course offering a fusion of mindfulness based approaches, including the world renowned and evidence based Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness Cognitive Based Therapy (MBCT) programmes.
Peaceful Parenting
4 week course to support you in becoming more mindful, present and fulfilled in your role as a parent.
Working with anxious thoughts and rumination
4 week course to help you break the cycle of overthinking and learn to feel more at ease in your own mind
Building self-esteem through self-compassion
4 week course to introduce you to key principles and practices of self compassion in a supportive and nurturing environment
