Mindfulness is the most wonderful way to learn how to relax and is the perfect antidote to healing the stress that can undermine our health, happiness and quality of life. There is a huge clinical evidence base showing that mindfulness is effective in helping to overcome a range of mental and physical health issues, as well as improving performance, relationships and general well-being. My name is Caroline and I offer a range of mindfulness courses (both individual and small groups) from my comfortable premises in Nether Edge, Sheffield. I also offer a selection of workplace and student workshops, all of which can be tailored to meet the particular needs of your organisation.
