My Services
My individual and small group mindfulness services are offered in person from a lovely, comfortable space in a converted stable yard in the heart of Nether Edge. For workplace and student support I will come to your workplace or venue of your choosing, or we can work online if preferred.
Individual Support
I offer five ‘one to one’ 4 week mindfulness programmes (1.5 hours per week at a time to suit you), each developed with a specific focus in mind (see below for details on each). Or we can work on an ‘ad hoc’ basis rather than following a particular programme if you prefer.

4 week course to help you break the cycle of overthinking and learn to feel more at ease in your own mind

4 week course to support you in becoming more mindful, present and fulfilled in your role as a parent.
3. Building self-esteem through self-compassion
4 week course to introduce you to key principles and practices of self compassion in a supportive and nurturing environment
4. Mindfulness Support for Better Mental Health
4 week course to introduce you to key principles and practices to support better mental health
5. Mindful Eating
4 week course to support you in developing a more healthy and positive relationship with food and weight management through learning the core skills of mindful eating.
Small Groups
Small group events and courses have a maximum of 5 participants. Keeping the group small enables me to offer lots of time and attention to you as an individual with unique needs.

Step out of the hustle and bustle of life and treat yourself to a wonderfully immersive experience of mindfulness and meditation.
Foundations for Building your Lifelong Mindfulness Practice
8 week course offering a fusion of mindfulness based approaches, including the world renowned and evidence based Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness Cognitive Based Therapy (MBCT) programmes.
