4 week course, 2 hours per week. Many of us have a collection of negative core beliefs which colour our thinking and behaviour. If you struggle with a critical inner voice, mindfulness may be a great help to you. Intentionally cultivating self-compassion can fundamentally shift how we think and how we relate to ourselves and others. In summary this course will support you to:
Loosen the grip of negative, self-limiting beliefs
Develop a kinder and gentler attitude towards yourself
Live with less guilt and shame
Experience the freedom that comes with re-connecting with yourself in a truly loving and accepting way
Develop a more positive self image and greater self esteem
