I can offer you a space to be still for a while, to really focus on whatever it is you are needing at this time to feel more peaceful and relaxed.  

I have 25 + years experience of facilitating positive change through various listening and supporting roles as well as a passionate commitment to the power of mindfulness practice both in my role as teacher and in my own life. I would love to share some of my learning with you.
