Mindful Eating

The relationship we have with food and the causes of being overweight or underweight are often multi-faceted and complex.  This programme supports you in developing a more healthy and positive relationship with food through learning the core skills of mindful eating.   This programme will support you to:

  • Let go of negative and self-destructive habits around eating

  • Slow down and eat with full, mindful awareness

  • Connect more deeply with our body sensations, our emotions and our thoughts and how these impact our eating habits

  • Develop greater appreciation and gratitude for our food and our bodies

  • Act around food in ways that are supportive and nourishing of ourselves

  • Cultivate joyful awareness within the eating cycle.
