This course explores the many ways that mindfulness can support good mental health. Whatever is going on in our lives, mindfulness can help us to relate differently to our thoughts, our feelings, ourselves and our lives in general. This programme will help you to:
Recognise when you’re experiencing difficulties before becoming overwhelmed by them
Better tolerate difficult thoughts and feelings without resorting to unhelpful coping mechanisms
Implement simple (yet really effective!) skills and techniques to deal with stress and overwhelm
Become more resilient to life’s challenges and experience a more positive outlook.
