We can work out together what kind of approach will be most helpful for you. I’ll be interested to know about any current issues you are struggling with and what you’d like to get from your mindfulness practice. You may wish to take a look at the Small Group Courses section as each of these can also be run on a one to one basis (1.5 hours per week, time to suit you).Or it may be that you prefer to work on a more ‘ad hoc’ and bespoke basis, rather than following a particular programme and that is completely fine too.
My hope is always to empower and motivate you to embed a mindfulness practice into your everyday life, so going forwards you are better equipped to deal with difficulties that arise, whatever these may be.
