We can work out together what kind of approach will be most helpful for you. I’ll be interested to know about the current issues you are struggling with and what you’d like to get from your mindfulness practice. My hope is always to empower and motivate you to embed a mindfulness practice into your everyday life, so going forwards you are better equipped to deal with difficulties that arise, whatever these may be. You may want to check out the courses listed in the Small Groups section of this page, as they are also offered on a one to one basis to enable a more individual and bespoke experience (dates/times to suit you). Whilst the structure and learning points will be broadly similar, working one to one does allow for ongoing tailoring and ‘tweaking’ in order to meet your unique needs.
Whilst the small group course sessions are 2 hours long, the same material can usually be covered in 1.5 hours when working one to one. Or it may be that you prefer to work on a more ‘ad hoc’ basis rather than following a particular course structure and that is completely fine too.
I also offer a 4 week one to one course (90 minutes per week) ‘Mindfulness for Positive Mental Health’ which combines mindfulness alongside psychotherapeutic approaches to help you reduce stress and become more resilient in the face of life’s challenges.
